All items for sale on this site EXCEPT FOR WIGS by RAQUEL WELCH, EVA GABOR, PUT ON PIECES and HAIRDO by JESSICA SIMPSON carry a 30-day money back guarantee. These excluded items are not returnable or exchangeable under any circumstances. This is a manufacturer's policy and we have no authority to override it.

Items must be returned unused at your expense before a refund will be issued. Refunds will be issued in the amount of the merchandise returned. Shipping charges will not be refunded. If an exchange is sought, additional shipping charges will apply.

If cancellation occurs prior to shipment of the order, a full refund will be issued, including the shipping charge.

In the event you receive a damaged item, the item may be returned for a full refund or exchanged for a new item. Additional shipping charges will not apply if a damaged item is exchanged.

Shipping:
Orders to be delivered within the United States to addresses other than PO Boxes will be shipped by Federal Express ground.The shipping and handling charge for ground delivery is $5.00 per order. Ground orders will take between 7-10 days to arrive from the time they leave the warehouse.
